- Terms of Sale
-
All sales are final, except for merchandise that is found to be defective.
-
Defective merchandise (incorrectly bound books, improperly recorded CDs, etc.) may be returned for replacement or refund, as you choose. If you wish replacement and call ahead, we will reserve or order another copy to minimize your time without the resource you purchased.
-
All purchases must be paid for at the time of pickup or shipping. We accept cash, checks, and money orders, as well as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Our basic prices are manufacturer's suggested retail price rounded up to the nearest multiple of 25ยข.
- Circuit Rider Books' Sustaining Partners receive a 20% discount on purchases, as well as other benefits such as new book, event, and sale announcements.

Unfortunately, no discount can be given on items on which we receive a 20% or less discount from the publishers. Such items will be marked "no discount" and/or have prices highlighted in blue.
- Sale prices are valid for the duration of an event or, when advertised on our website, one calendar month. Sale prices are usually 25-30% off our basic price. If a sale item is out of stock during the sale period, the sale price will be honored for orders placed during that time. No other discounts are combined with sale prices.
-
Sometimes we able to provide special prices on overstock from previous events or items we are removing from our inventory. Such items will be clearly marked, and are usually discounted 30% to 50% off our basic prices. Closeout items will be found in our office ("The Stable") and may also be posted on our website. Closeout prices are limited to stock on hand, and may not be combined with other discounts.
- Subscription orders for a series of publications, or orders for the complete set of a multi-volume work will receive a 20% discount from basic prices, even if the purchaser does not otherwise qualify for a discount.
- Other Matters of Policy
-
We welcome special orders for items we do not have in stock. All special orders are final once your order has been placed with the publisher. Delivery can usually be expected in 2-5 weeks depending on speed of publisher's shipment to us and your choice of delivery options.
-
To comply with IRS regulations regarding non-profit/tax-exempt organizations, we must ask that you sign the following statement for all special order for items that we do not normally include in our collection:
"I certify that the materials I am ordering will support and enhance my ministry as a member, officer, or pastor of a mainline protestant Christian church or association; or, will support and enhance the ministry of the church/association for whom I am ordering."
-
We welcome orders for larger quantities of resources for group study or use. Since we seldom have bulk quantities of items on hand, please allow us at least three weeks lead time to obtain sufficient quantities to meet your needs.
- Shipping & Handling
-
You may pick up merchandise at any event we serve or at our office at no additional charge.
-
We ship via your choice of the United States Postal Service's media, priority, or express mail. All shipments are trackable.
